I was totally shocked when i came across this pic of Miss Tika Sumpter, I never knew under all those packs of heavy weave laid beautiful coils and curls. I really think Tika is a beautiful girl but I never liked how heavy her weave always looks. I feel like i can really see her in this picture and her natural hair is just gorgeous! I'm sure she has to keep a certain image in the Hollywood world plus it's always better to put the heat on the weave and not you natural hair. Here's a pic of her with the straight weave.

I hate the way Hollywood tries to paint a picture of what beauty looks like, especially when it comes to women of color. Her natural hair is lovely and she is absolutely beautiful in both photos. Thanks for sharing.
